Their artwork deserves more than a box in the attic.

Kiddofolio turns your child’s drawings, paintings, and projects into a beautiful, custom website — scanned, curated, and built for your family. Originals returned in a keepsake box.

Custom galleries start at $2,250. A 50% deposit reserves your project.

Keep the memories. Lose the clutter.

The drawings, paintings, and school projects pile up — bins in the closet, layers on the fridge, a little guilt every time you think about recycling any of it. But that pile is a record of how your child sees the world. Kiddofolio gives it the home it deserves: preserved, curated, and easy to revisit, share, and watch grow with them.

See how it works

How it works

Four simple steps, done for you.

You mail the art. We handle the craft. You approve the finished site before anything goes live.

Step 1

The Box

We send a prepaid shipping box with simple instructions. You fill it with your child’s artwork — favorites, or a full batch of drawings, paintings, and school projects. You can also fill out an optional intake form to tell us how you’d like the gallery to look and feel.

Step 2

The Studio

We professionally scan and photograph each piece. For higher tiers, we curate the most distinguishing works so the gallery feels focused and strong.

Step 3

The Gallery

We hand-build a custom, gallery-style website for your child’s work, in the polished style of our example galleries. You review and approve the finished site, and can request reasonable changes before it goes live.

Step 4

The Return

After approval and final payment, we publish it. Your originals come back in a keepsake archival box, along with a USB drive holding your complete site and files. On the Signature and Legacy tiers, a printed keepsake book comes too.

Public, and thoughtful about it

A real home online — without oversharing your child.

A Kiddofolio gallery is public and shareable by design — that’s what makes it easy to send to grandparents and relatives and gives your child a small web presence they can grow into. It’s also anonymous: public to view, but never tied to your child’s identity. We build every gallery thoughtfully, with care about what’s shown.

A name, never an identity.

We publish a first name or nickname — never a last name, never pictured faces, never a school or another identifying detail — so the gallery feels personal while remaining anonymous.

We review for revealing details.

We check submitted work for identifying details and redact any we find, so they’re left out of what’s published.

You approve everything.

Nothing goes live until you’ve reviewed and signed off on the finished gallery. You have the final say on every piece, every caption, and every detail we show, and can request reasonable revisions before it’s published.

You own everything.

Your child’s artwork and the finished website remain yours. Kiddofolio does not claim ownership of your child’s work.

No lock-in.

You receive a complete, portable copy of the finished site — delivered online and on a USB drive with your originals — so you can keep using Kiddofolio, manage it yourself, or take it to any web provider.

Flexible domains.

Use a Kiddofolio subdomain, let us help set up a custom domain, or bring a domain you already own.

Originals come home.

Every piece is returned in an organized, archival-quality keepsake box — along with a USB drive holding your complete site and all its files. At the Signature and Legacy tiers, your box also includes a printed keepsake book: a bound volume of the gallery-scans.

It can grow with them.

What starts as a preschool art gallery can grow into a portfolio or CV as your child creates more work.

Our story

A family company.

Kiddofolio is a family company. It began with galleries I built for my own kids — willamonet.com for my daughter Willa, and grayjfolio.com for my son Gray. I wanted their work seen and remembered, not buried in a closet — a web presence to share and be proud of. The day Gray saw his website, he pointed and said, “That’s my art!”

Willa and Gray are co-founders. They bring a child’s eye to which pieces matter and how it should all fit — and it’s how they’re learning entrepreneurship, technology, and how to look after the things worth keeping. Together, we treat every child’s artwork with the same taste, respect, and craftsmanship you see on their websites. My job is working with your family and handling the design, the build, the quality, and getting it delivered right.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I have to sort the art first?

No. You can send your favorites or a full batch. Depending on your tier, we can curate the strongest pieces for you.

Can you build galleries for more than one child?

Yes. Each child gets their own gallery, and additional children are 20% off after the first — on any tier. If you’d rather keep everyone together, a family site is available as an add-on: multiple children’s galleries in one place, under a single site. We’ll scope either approach with you.

Can this be a gift from a grandparent or relative?

Yes — a Kiddofolio gallery makes a thoughtful gift from grandparents, aunts, uncles, or anyone close to the family. It’s also a lovely way for relatives to keep up with what the kids are making, without waiting for parents to send photos along. You can reserve a gallery directly using the pricing above.

What kinds of artwork can I send?

Flat drawings, paintings, and paper-based school projects are the best fit. Dimensional or 3D pieces may be possible as an add-on — we’ll confirm scope before work begins.

Who owns the website and artwork?

You do. Kiddofolio does not claim ownership of your child’s artwork. You receive a complete, portable copy of the finished site — online and on a USB drive that ships back with your originals — so the site and its content are fully yours.

Who actually builds the galleries?

Scott handles every gallery personally — this is a hands-on family studio, not an assembly line. Scott has built dozens of websites that together draw well over a million views a month, and brings that same craft to your child’s work. Willa and Gray, our cofounders, weigh in with a child’s eye, but the design, build, quality, and delivery are Scott’s professional responsibility.

Who are the founders?

Kiddofolio is a family company. Scott founded it and runs the professional side — working with your family and handling the design, build, quality, and delivery. His children, Willa and Gray, are cofounders and coowners: they bring a child’s perspective on the work and are learning entrepreneurship, technology, and archiving along the way. The craftsmanship and accountability for your gallery are Scott’s.

Do you show my child’s name on the gallery?

We publish a first name or a nickname — never a last name — so the gallery feels personal without becoming a searchable profile of your child. As the parent or legal guardian, you choose which we use, and you approve it before anything goes live.

How do you protect my child’s privacy on a public gallery?

Galleries are public and shareable by design, and we build them with care about what’s shown. We publish a first name or nickname — never a last name, never pictured faces, never a school or another identifying detail — so the gallery stays anonymous. We review submitted work for identifying details and redact any we find. And you review and approve the finished gallery before it goes live, and can request reasonable revisions.

Can the gallery be kept private?

Kiddofolio galleries are public by design — that’s what makes them easy to send to grandparents and relatives and gives your child a small web presence they can grow into. We build them thoughtfully (see how we protect your child’s privacy above), but we don’t offer private, unlisted, or password-protected galleries.

Do you show other clients’ galleries as examples?

No. Out of respect for our families’ privacy, we don’t show other clients’ galleries as examples — and we’ll never ask to use yours. The two examples on this page belong to our junior co-founders, Willa and Gray.

How is the gallery organized?

We can arrange the gallery by age, school year, calendar year, theme, or collection — whichever makes your child’s growth easiest to see. Where it fits, related works can sit together, like self-portraits across a few ages. Higher tiers include more thoughtful organization.

Can I move the site later?

Yes. There’s no lock-in. Your USB drive holds a complete copy of the site in standard website files, so you can self-host, switch providers, or hand it to any developer.

Who pays for the custom domain?

For Signature and up, we register your custom domain and cover it for the first 5 years. After that, the domain is yours to keep — you can renew it directly (typically around $10 a year) or we can keep managing it for a small annual fee. You also own a complete, portable copy of the site, so you’re never locked in.

Can we add more artwork to the gallery later?

Yes. Any gallery can be expanded in the future as your child makes more art — a later addition costs a fraction of the original build, since the site and design are already in place. We’ll quote each update based on how much you’re adding.

How does the blockchain preservation option work?

For families who want it, we can also publish the gallery to Arweave — a decentralized network where data is paid for once and kept in place long-term, rather than depending on a single server or subscription. We pair it with an AR.IO name (ArNS), which acts like a web address for that permanently stored version, so it stays easy to find and share. It’s available as an add-on on any tier — just ask and we’ll include it in your quote.

Can the gallery be found on Google?

Every gallery ships with sensible search-engine basics built in, so it can be found by name once search engines index it. If you want more, search-engine optimization is available as an add-on — we tune titles, descriptions, structured data, and a sitemap so the gallery is easier to find and shows a clean preview when shared. Search engines set their own timing, so we can’t promise a specific ranking, but the groundwork is done right.

Can I get a printed book of the artwork?

Yes — a printed keepsake book is included with the Signature and Legacy tiers, and available on request for Starter. To be clear, there are two separate physical things: your original artwork always comes back in a keepsake archival box, and the book is a bound printing of the gallery-scans — a reproduction to keep on the shelf or give as a gift, not the originals. You choose how many pieces to include, and we handle the design and printing. If you’re on Starter and want the book, just tell us and we’ll include it in your quote with the size and page options.

Is Kiddofolio available outside the US?

Not currently. Because the service includes physical shipping, we’re currently available for US families only.

How long does it take?

Most galleries are completed within 4–6 weeks after we receive your artwork, depending on collection size and complexity.

What happens to the originals?

We return every original piece in a keepsake archival box via tracked shipping, along with a USB drive holding your complete site and files. The originals are always yours — scanning never replaces them.

What’s your refund policy?

The 50% deposit is nonrefundable once your project is reserved and work begins. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the site and before publication.

Do the prices include tax?

The price you see is the price you pay. We don’t add sales tax at checkout, so the tier price and deposit are your final amounts — no surprises when you reserve.

What if my collection is bigger or smaller than I estimated?

No problem. If your box doesn’t match the tier you picked, we’ll confirm any scope or price adjustment with you before any work begins. For larger or more involved collections, the Legacy tier or a custom quote will fit.

Can I ask a question before reserving?

Yes. If you have a question before reserving, contact us — but most families find they can choose a tier and reserve directly.
